Description:


Under liquid oxygen operating mode, the compressed nitrogen from circulating nitrogen compressor is divided into two streams: one stream goes into main heat exchanger to be cooled, after which it is fed into the high temperature expander where it is expanded, following that it goes out of cold box after being re-warmed in main heat exchanger, and goes back to the inlet place of circulating nitrogen compressor; the other one enters into the main heat exchanger following being boosted in the boosting ends of high temperature expander and low temperature expander to be boosted, part of which is led into the low temperature expander where it is expanded, and then it goes out of cold box after re-warmed in the main heat exchanger, and back to the inlet place of circulating nitrogen compressor; another part is liquefied to liquid nitrogen directly.

The liquid nitrogen is divided into two streams after being subcooled in liquid nitrogen subcooler, one stream goes into the oxygen heat exchanger first, and then goes out of cold box after rewarmed, and back to the inlet of circulation nitrogen compressor; the other stream backflows to the LIN subcooler after being throttled, and goes out of cold box after rewarmed.

The gaseous oxygen is liquefied by liquid nitrogen in the oxygen heat exchanger, and then it is sent out of cold box.

Under the liquid nitrogen operating mode, the compressed nitrogen from the circulation nitrogen compressor is divided into two streams.
