Description:


The low pressure nitrogen supplied by the user mixing with the refluxed gas from liquefaction plant. After being boosted through feed nitrogen booster, and mixed with feed pressure nitrogen, the mixed gas enters to the circulating nitrogen compressor to be compressed, and then it is divided into two streams: one stream flows into main heat exchanger to be cooled, after which it is fed into the high temperature expander to be expanded, and then it is out of cold box after it is re-warmed in the main heat exchanger, and returns to the inlet place of circulating nitrogen compressor. The other one stream enters into the main heat exchanger after it is boosted through the boosting ends of high temperature expander and low temperature expander, and following being cooled, it is fed to the low temperature expander to be expanded, and then it is out of cold box after being re-warmed in the main heat exchanger, and back to the inlet of circulating nitrogen compressor. The liquid nitrogen is subcooled in the liquid nitrogen subcooler, and then sent to the user’s storage tanks as product liquid nitrogen after being throttled.
