Layout of Equipment:

Introduction of main equipments:

1. Fee air compressor: compress the mechanical impurities removed air to process required pressure, and then send the air to designated area.

2. Molecular sieve purifier: adsorb the moisture, acetylene, carbon dioxide and part hydrocarbon in the feed air to guarantee the normal running of air separation plant.

3. Fractionating column: rectify the feed air to obtain needed products.

4. Instrument & electrical equipments: measuring and controlling various parameters. All operations and emergency cut-off can be achieved in center control room PLC. Important parameters can be displayed, recorded and alarmed in the center control room.

Equipment Installation Construction And Acceptance

1. The installation and construction for equipments should not only follow the drawings delivered with equipments and the technical documents provided by the equipment manufacturer, but also follow the relevant standards, codes and regulations. The installation should follow the requirements of process pipe and instrument flow drawing, pipe layout drawing and pipe single line drawing.

2. Before the installation construction of equipments, the equipments, valves, instruments, pipe fitting and materials delivered with equipments should be checked, carry out the construction only after they are qualifying after checking.

3. Before installing equipments, the longitudinal, horizontal and elevation baselines should be marked on the foundation in the drawing, and the baselines should meet the following requirements:

a) The center line deviation is within 20mm.

b) The dimension deviation is within 15mm.

c) Elevation: leaving the secondary grouting layer according to design elevation.

d) Embedded anchor bolt hole center line deviation is within 5mm.

e) Bolt top elevation allowable deviation is within 5mm.

4. The foundation surface should be mended, spaded and pitted surface before installing the equipment, leveling the place with shim plate, clean the sundries in the reserved anchor bolt holes.

5. The anchor bolt and nut should be matched with moderate tightness degree, and without defect.

6. The shim plate should be laid flat, and one group for the two sides of each anchor bolt. The distance between the adjacent shim plates is subject to the factors like rigidity of equipment pedestal. The shim plate should be welded after calibrating the equipment, the secondary grouting layer on the foundation surface must closely contact the equipment pedestal annular space and foundation surface.

7. The installation construction and acceptance inspection for air compressor should be according to the installation technical requirements provided by the manufacturer and the regulations of GB50231,GB50275.

8. The installation construction and acceptance inspection for cryogenic liquid storage tank and cryogenic liquid pump should be according to the installation technical requirements provided by the manufacturer.
